|Pierce Brosnan takes over|
During Bond's jump off of the ledge, they show a shot of the entire wall. If you look at the top right corner of the screen you can actually see the film crew standing on top of the wall!!

Slow motion is needed to really see this!
When Bond tries to enter the base he uses a laser gun. However, you can see that the light that comes from Bond's gun moves away from the actual "cutting flame" several times. This means that Bond is only holding a light towards the flame that makes it look like he's using a laser!!

When Bond has "escaped" from Ouromov and his soldiers inside the facility, he's crouching behind some pipes, firing his machine gun. But he's shooting with a big valve handle in the way....and the troops keep falling. I'm surprised that he didn't get hit in the face with a ricochet!!

Why have the Russian army, at the height of the cold war, got Italian Cagiva motorcycles that were new models in the 1990's?

Bond acquire gloves when he has fallen out of the plane and jumps on the motorcycle.

A lot of Russian soldiers is following Bond outside the facility. They stop when Bond rides off the runway. But when Bond rides back over the runway in the plane, the soldiers have completely disappeared! If they went back in the facility, they (including Ouromov), would all be dead!

While falling, James catches up to the plane even though the plane's propeller should be propelling it faster.

It seems like no-one can agree weather this is a fault or not. Some people argue that he could not have caught up with the plane because of Galileo's laws and some others say that he could have caught up with the plane because Bond is much smaller than the plane is.
The "Admiral" who leaves the casino with Onatop is Canadian - we see a flash of an ID card with a Canadian flag, and he has "Canada" flashes on the shoulders of his uniform jacket. However, the gold sleeve lace denoting his rank is wrong. Canadian naval officers have not worn the 'executive curl' (circle on the top row of lace) on the duty uniform since the early 1970's.

At Severnaya, Natalya is typing the password "knockers". However, she only pushes four keys.
Noticed by Nick Lawrence
Probably the word that was typed was "door" but it was changed later on because "knockers" was thought to be funnier.
|Bond and Xenia talking in the casino|
After his meeting with Xenia at the casino, Bond spies on her as she gets onto a boat, with the aid of his zoom-lens camera. We see him put the camera up to his left eye. The shot then cuts to Xenia on the boat. When it cuts back, he has the camera up to his right eye.
When Bond found the dead "Admiral" falling out of the closet he did not have the big smile on his face that he had when we see him lying on the floor.

When the French officer on the war ship is describing the Tiger to the audience, look at the rowing boat behind him. It passes behind him twice!!
When Natalya leaves her hiding spot, and looks at the computer screen tracking the GoldenEye satellite, the one that was supposed to blow up Severnaya is still up by Siberia, but in the next scene, it's right on Severnaya.

When Severnaya has been hit by the EMP, Natalya is walking around inside the base and can't get out. Watch her hair, it stays fairly neat. But watch when the dish comes falling through the ceiling, her hair goes from somewhat neat to completely destroyed from one cut to the next.

When Bond is in Q's lab, talking about the x-ray document scanner, you can see a girl talking on the phone in the background and all of a sudden her chair is shot away. Just before she ”is disposed of”, she leans the receiver on her shoulder and grabs the arm-rest with that hand instead, to brace herself...a bit obvious that she knew she was going to be shot away...!
When Bond and Natalya eject from the helicopter, you can clearly see two white parachutes. But when the capsule lands, the parachutes are red and white.
After the Tiger blows up, Bond and Natalya are taken to a building where they have a "chat" with Mishkin. They were taken there during the night. But when you look out the windows of the jail cell it is broad daylight.

Ouromovs front-right-light in the car-chase is smashed in the beginning of the chase but is quickly swapped to the left one!!
When Bond is driving the tank he goes through a Perrier truck. He smashes the truck and he also smashes all cans that he drives over but they seem to be empty!!
